BASE DEFENSE CALLS

Normal defensive calls are Louie (left), Roger (right), and Diamond (balanced). All three are aggressive defenses involving multiple sets. In Louie/Roger, the ILB to the call side keys the near back. ILB away from call reads the ball (10-11). In Diamond, both ILBs (S & W) are call side LBs and both key the near back to their side (12).
